In an unregulated industry, we seek to protect contractors and freelancers by setting the standard for businesses that support this important workforce.  The laws governing this space are complex, with numerous financial, tax and legal regulations to adhere to, so it is important to trust and have confidence in your umbrella employer and/or accountancy service provider.

Our code of conduct sets rigorous standards that our members are required to adhere to.  Every year, we independently review all FCSA member businesses for compliance, so we can confirm that they operate legally, ethically, and manage all liabilities properly.

In short, choosing to work with an FCSA member will give you peace of mind.
